"Our multigenerational family stayed at Moosehead Lodge and found this cottage and the owners exceptional. To say we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. Effie and Ran are responsive, hospitable and gracious hosts. They provided everything listed and much more to far exceed our expectations during our stay. They truly go out of their way to ensure their guests are well taken care of. The cottage has all the best amenities for both indoors and outdoors to keep everyone of all ages entertained.They didn't miss a single detail. We have never been to a cottage that offered so much to do with the most functional space. You cannot beat the stunning views of the lake, the flat land leading to the private beach and the comfort both in and out. The sand entry and massive dock are perfect features coupled with the privacy and open water views. We cherish all the memories of this cottage and hope to return soon! Thanks for the incredible vacation.

“This is a fantastic cottage for a family to enjoy a get away from it all. Huntsville is very close if you find yourself running out of supplies. I would recommend Pizza on Earth and Kawartha Dairy as two spots to visit. There’s an excellent public beach on Bella lake which can be easily accessed. This is a prime spot to visit. The water is nice and shallow with a sandy entrance which provides great swimming and relaxation. The dock is large and wonderful to sit on all day in the sun. There are paddle boards, a canoe and kayak at your disposal. A fire pit completes a lovely night of marshmallow roasting. Rebecca lake is dead calm in the morning and a small enough so large racing boats and sea doos are non existent. This cottage is truly a place to unwind relax and enjoy company while only 2.5 hours from Toronto. Effie is a wonderful host and is concerned with all the details. Effie is an excellent communicator and cares for her guests. I would highly recommend I stay in this wonderful Cottage. Thanks Effie!

"Effie is an excellent host. The cottage is perfect for families. It has plenty of amenities for kids - canoeing, basketball, badminton, trampoline, etc.. The lake is beautiful to hang, relax and read a book. Thanks Effie for being a super host
